My name is Dave Hughes and I have lived in Fairfield County for the vast majority of my life. I have been a part of the Carroll, Lancaster &  Sugar Grove communities.

I had the privilege of serving the residents of Fairfield, Hocking and Vinton counties for 30 years before retiring as a package car delivery driver for UPS. I also traveled throughout Ohio with a southern gospel singing group for 25 years. I am honored to be the pastor at Shining Light Community Church in Lancaster.

I say all this to show my love for people and my comfort with them, and to share my commitment to you, my neighbors and friends. It is my intent to give you my best effort every day. I am used to serving people and problem solving for them. I will serve you with integrity and concern.
